The identity of the Department of Law (DIGI) is built upon a solid foundation of research, developed and placed at the service of the community in line with a long-standing tradition of legal studies. This tradition is enriched by a constant focus on the new frontiers and challenges that society poses to law and to legal scholars. At the same time, the Department is strongly committed to providing high-quality education, both general and specialist, in traditional legal professions (judiciary, legal practice, notary) as well as in the training of professionals—both legal and non-legal—in the field of social services. In doing so, it delivers an essential service to the territory and to the community it serves.
Programmes
The Department offers Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes, as well as postgraduate training opportunities.
